Implemented an Continuous Improvement Program at Herbalife International
($4BN Retail Sales) and responsible for overseeing training development,
coaching and mentoring of the Herbalife Executive Team, Project Champions,
MBB, Black Belts (BB) and Green Belts (GB) while ensuring that Herbalife
achieves Value Realization of $3.6M on all project activities within first
12 months of the program.
Aggressively established a process-focus mindset within Herbalife's Global
Operations Group ($350M Budget) through working closely with the
Distribution Centers, Transportation, Planning, Purchasing and Change

through leading a Global Team of over 450 Black Belts on GE's Corporate
Audit Staff
Directed, coached and mentored 45 Exempt personnel in using Six Sigma
methodology to implement 57 Green Belt projects in a manufacturing
environment which resulted in savings of $2.5 million in Operating Margin,
of which $450K was reduced manufacturing losses (40% improvement from
previous year), $1.1 million in Working Capital and $1.7 million in
Customer Savings.
As leader of a 10 member team, initiated a division-wide project to
monitor costs for military aircraft engines spare parts which resulted in
an IT platform implementation for Finance organization to better track
part costs which also aligned tracking for the Supply Chain, Contracts and
Negotiations Teams

Surface Warfare Officer
Directed and coordinated 15 satellite offices in recruiting talented
recent college graduates through launching an effective on-campus
marketing campaign which tripled the number of incoming minority naval
officer candidates matriculating through the Los Angeles Recruiting
District.
Executed tactical and logistical support to a multinational task force
consisting of 9 U.S. Navy ships, 5 Japanese Navy ships and 4 Republic of
Korea Navy ships which involved moving over 225 million pounds of military
hardware and 850 personnel from all 18 ships to the South Korean Peninsula
in less than 8 hours which successfully streamlined a contingency plan for
future amphibious assault operations on the peninsula.
Led and managed 45 technicians in daily operations and maintenance of the
propulsion and electrical power generation plants ensuring 100% plant
operability which successfully recertified the plant under the DOD
Engineering Readiness Inspection Teams while onboard USS OBRIEN (DD 975)
in Yokosuka, Japan
Coordinated and directed flawless missile firing exercises onboard USS
OBRIEN (DD 975)in the South Pacific involving U.S. and multi-national
naval warships which successfully provided critical tracking data for use
in future missile firing operations.
