Summary of Experience

May 2007 to Dec. 2010 Gas Gathering Specialists, Inc. Stinnett, TX

Office Manager

As Office Manager of Gas Gathering Specialists, Inc. my duties included all accounts

payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payroll for up to 145 employees every two

weeks, including holiday, vacation and sick leave. My responsibilities also included pre-employment and random drug

testing, acquiring operator qualifications for employees through Veriforce and all correspondence with employees and

clients. I also completed monthly, quarterly and annual withholding, unemployment, franchise taxes and worker

compensation for up to 10 different states. My duties also included all manner of banking including direct deposit of

employees’ payroll, transfers from different accounts and all manner of other company business. I am proficient with

numerous computer programs, such as Windows, Microsoft, Excel, Adobe, QuickBooks 2008 and 2010, Client

Bookkeeping Solutions, Keystroke and ICVerify. I am able to operate any number of office equipment such as a 10

key, fax, copier, Pitney Bowes mailing meter, typewriter and of course a computer.

Jan. 2003 to May 2007 Crown Supply Co. Borger, TX

Assistant Office Manager

As the assistant office manager for this company my duties included accounts payable with a vendor base of over two

hundred companies, accounts receivable with a customer base of over two hundred and fifty customers and sales up to

six figures a month. I kept an accurate spread sheet for every account regardless of the type of sale, (i.e. cash, credit

card or accounts). My duties also included Sales Tax each month through WebFile and TaxNet. I also prepared payroll

for up to 14 employees, including holiday, vacation, sick pay benefits and insurance for each employee. I also have an

extensive background in data entry including work in such programs as Microsoft, Excel, Client Bookkeeping

Solutions, QuickBooks, Keystroke and ICVerify. I am able to operate any number of office equipment such as a 10

key, fax, copier, Pitney Bowes mailing meter, typewriter and of course a computer.

Sept. 2001 to Dec. 2002 Sanford-Fritch ISD Fritch, TX

School Bus Driver

As a Texas State Certified school bus driver my responsibilities were safely transporting students to and from school

and transporting students and faculty on school sanctioned trips out of town. I performed minor maintenance and

fueling. I was also required to keep a very strict schedule. For this job I received a safety award from the State of

Texas. Separate from my bus duties I also worked as a lunch monitor and performed substitute work for other

departments within the school system.

Sales Consultant

As a sales consultant for Cole Ivey my responsibilities were showroom, lot, telephone and outside sales of new and

previously owned vehicles, keeping daily logs, creating personal advertisements, dealer promotions and customer

service. Other duties included commuting to adjacent counties and states to perform dealer trades.

As the personal secretary to the owner of this company my responsibilities were taking dictation for outgoing

Co-Owner/Office Manager

As Co-Owner of this company I established and maintained programs for the company that included accounts payable,

accounts receivable, payroll for up to 6 employees, and all manner of banking and savings accounts. Other duties

included scheduling, customer sales and service, and all company correspondence. I also designed and acquired

publishing for advertisements that succeeded in increasing sales 20% in a four month period.
