PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. LaFave is an engineer technician with over 24 years of military
experience in industrial, civil, and mechanical engineering and
program, project and personnel management. He has developed
construction drawings, specifications, project timelines, and cost
estimates. Mr. LaFave has developed contractual documents, performed
market research, evaluated contractor proposals, approved contractor
submittals, and extensively supervised contractor operations and
provided construction oversight, and ensured contractor compliance with
contract documents and worksite safety with his extensive knowledge of
Occupational Safety and Health along with the Air Force Occupational
