OBJECTIVE

SUMMARY
Fifteen years office administration experience from general clerical to
Operations Manager's Assistant. Two years as Operations Manager's
Assistant for national mortgage company. Three years as Data Process Asst.
Manager for prepaid dental insurance. Two years as Enrollment Coordinator
for prepaid medical insurance company.
ADMINISTRATION
Duties included extensive customer service, management of over age
dependents for two hundred and fifty accounts for prepaid dental insurance
plan. Supported Data Process Manager in tracking of utilization reports
(daily production logs) and distribution of utilization checks. Also
supported bookkeeper as well as wrote procedure manuals for use in training
new employees. As Regional Operations Manager's Assistant, duties included
acting as liaison between management and branches. Developed reports to
track daily production numbers, compiled monthly reports to track trends
and coordinated regional trainings and meetings. Helped to develop
marketing materials for Architectural design and engineering firm. Tracked
submittal data, wrote proposal letters, managed record archiving, tracked
and shipped drawings to customers, consultants and various government
departments. Coordinated travel arrangements, training seminars and client
meetings.
MANAGEMENT
As Supervisor at CSEU (California Service Employees Union), supervised
employees during a class action lawsuit. Duties included tracking down
participants, verifying information, and supervising and distribution of
checks from lawsuit. Dealt heavily with and appeased hostile participants.
Created database to track lawsuit participants. As Assistant Manager of
Arby's Restaurant, supervised minimum of five employees'. Duties included
supervision and coordination of employees' and their schedules, customer
service and satisfaction, running of daily reports, maintaining daily
production logs, daily inventory count, reconciling daily transactions and
bank deposits.
PROFICIENCY
Office 2000, Adobe In-Design, Photo-shop, Word Perfect, Word for Windows,
Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, Peachtree, Novell Office,
Power Point, and various software programs designed for specific job and
program function. Typing in the range of 65 to 90 WPM.
