. Established external supply agreements with non-traditional first tier

. Developed and implemented a new strategic International Lead Logistic

electronic data interchange (EDI) functions which are all integrated into

the Chrysler centralized material control systems.

NAFTA supply sources, commodity sharing initiatives and non traditional

associated supply risks, door to door transportation costs, inventory

. Assisted in developing a non-NAFTA supply policy to aid the Purchasing

Department when negotiating with foreign sources. This policy promoted

the incoterms best suited for Chrysler import supply activities. The

concerns of invoicing and payment in a foreign currency with first tier

suppliers also addressed.

. Selected as first Chrysler Group Procurement and Supply representative

to transition to an expatriate position and fully integrate within the

Daimler organization. Responsible to establish cost savings of the

Sindelfingen logistics practices and develop new processes for lean

future operations.
