and orientation for new employees.

to 6,000 employees and 3,000 retirees nationwide.
Recruiting:

and fairness.
. Monitored all new hires in accordance with compliances established by
facilities.
Employee Relations:
. Effectively addressed and resolved employee relations issues including
conducting investigations for harassment.
. Developed and delivered mini-outplacement program for approximately 30
employees.
. Responded to all EEOC and Unemployment claims, with high percentage of
successful results.
Training:
. Successfully developed and coordinated company training programs for
management and non-management.
