Twenty-five plus years progressively responsible Human Resources experience

with primary focus in the following areas:

Generalist:

. Established the first human resource department for a company with

less than 100 employees.

. Set up and maintained personnel files; responsible for life-cycle of

recruiting, employee relations, TEC and Workers' Compensation claims;

. Coordinated and managed the compensation program, advised management

. Developed and monitored salary structures, participated in salary

surveys, developed and revised policies and procedures.

. Managed the transition of change from anniversary performance review

dates to common dates for performance reviews.

Benefits:

. Managed the benefit programs for up to 2,800 employees (local and

nationwide), disabilities and leaves of absence, tuition aid program,

and orientation for new employees.

. Directed the development of a call center for annual benefit

enrollment and first-point-of-contact responses.

. Trained remote call center representatives for 1st line representation

to 6,000 employees and 3,000 retirees nationwide.

Recruiting:

. Responsible for life cycle of recruiting process.

. Developed hiring process and tracking reports to maintain consistency

and fairness.

. Monitored all new hires in accordance with compliances established by

facilities.

Employee Relations:

. Effectively addressed and resolved employee relations issues including

conducting investigations for harassment.

. Developed and delivered mini-outplacement program for approximately 30

employees.

. Responded to all EEOC and Unemployment claims, with high percentage of

successful results.

Training:

. Successfully developed and coordinated company training programs for

management and non-management.

. Developed, implemented and analyzed a needs assessment for technical

and non-technical training.

. Presented program for new supervisors "Interviewing Skills &

Techniques".

. Developed and presented the following programs for Directors, Managers

and Supervisors: The Employment Process, The Performance Management

Process, Coaching, Counseling and Discipline Process.

. Managed the mandatory training for hospital organization and

requirements for JCAHO and regulatory agencies.
