Present Principal
Analyzed test fixtures for 747 and 757 landing gear. Stress
analysis of aircraft maintenance platforms. HVAC design for hotels
and casinos. Numerous residential building designs and structural
analyses. Surveyed buildings for structural safety and code
compliance. Participated in Value Engineering studies for school
designs. Designed automated pulp roll stretch wrapping system.
Working with the following computerized analysis and CAD tools to
document projects and designs: AutoCAD, Chief Architect (3D
building modeling), Visual Analysis (structural FEA), MathCad,
Alibre (solid modeling software compatible with Solidworks), CHVAC
(building energy analysis), miscellaneous other programs for beams,
heat loss/gain, piping, and structural analysis. Code references:

1999 President
HVAC system design, estimating, project management, and business
management. Consulted with architects to provide designs for
building mechanical systems. Performed fabrication and
installation of duct systems. Installed and serviced HVAC and
refrigeration systems. Designed and installed natural gas piping,
hot water systems, and boiler systems. Provided air system
balancing and commissioning reports. Energy code plan review and
inspection.
