Employee Benefits Overview - ****
. Eligible employees at Spectorsoft Corporation are provided a range of
benefits. A number of the programs (such as Social Security, workers'
compensation, and unemployment insurance) cover all employees in the
manner prescribed by law.
. All employees are paid semimonthly on the 15th and last day of the
month. Each paycheck will include earnings for all work performed
through the end of the current payroll period. In the event that a
regularly scheduled payday falls on a day off (e.g., a weekend or
holiday), employees will be paid the day before the regularly
scheduled payday.
. Payroll Direct Deposit is an available option for all employees.
. Payroll deductions are made for standard withholding prescribed by law
and elective employee benefits such as health and dental insurance,
Health Savings account contributions and Simple IRA.
. Full time employees are eligible for the following benefits, 30 days
after their date of hire (except for the Simple IRA plan, which has a
60 day waiting period):
Vacation
Vacation time is accrued on a monthly basis at the following rate:
10 days per year (6.67 hours per month) for 0-4 years of
service
15 days per year (10.0 hours per month) for 5+ years of
service

SpectorSoft Contributes 75% of Employee Only Premium
or 50% of Employee & Dependent Premium.
Effective 1st of the month following date of hire

Guardian Life Insurance PPO Plan, Employee or Employee &
Dependent plans available
Group Life Insurance / AD&D
SpectorSoft provides life and AD&D insurance from The Lincoln
Financial Group at one times annual salary up to $150,000. This
benefit is provided at no cost to employees.
