Vice President - Human Resources and Administration. Diversified Real
Estate Company with in excess of 12,000,000 square feet of retail and
office space and over 150 employees located in 8 states. Reports to
Directors/Owners. Performed dual function as Human Resources Director and
Property Manager. Established HR department for a rapidly growing company
and developed plans to implement policies, procedures, and operations.
Transformed human resources from an administrative role to strategic
division working with senior management and legal department to drive key
