I currently work as the Housing Manager with Ecumen Owatonna which are two
senior communities located in Owatonna equaling 111 units 10 leadership and
60 employees. Previously the Environmental Director for Ecumen North Branch
I oversaw plant operations of a total of 179 apartments in 2 buildings and
20 employees. I have experience developing cohesive teams consisting of
varying disciplines. In my role I network with vendors, city/county
officials, chamber, civic organizations and other communities within the
organization.
Currently I am enrolled in the Health Care Management Bachelors program at
Rasmussen College and looking forward to being in a role that I can put my
fresh knowledge to work each and every day. I feel that I have the

in business and the 8+ years of experience with two large faith based
organizations has helped me develop my leadership skills. With a good
knowledge on building and leading quality teams, I feel with my team based
