Project: The State of Maine Child Support Conversion Project July 2009 – Present

State of Maine, USA

Role: Senior Developer ( Team Lead)

The project involves in migrating the entire OCSE management and operations systems from mainframe to

client server architecture using Oracle, D2K and PLSQL. The project includes several subsystems and I am

involved in Customer Review, Case Inititation, Establishment, Enforcement Subsystems Information

Development.

The primary functions of these subsystem are creating cases throught the Customer Service and entering the

Data in to the system through Case Initiation and the process goes throught he various subsytems like

Enforcement and Establishment. Also the process involve sending notices to the person involved in the case.

The notice is developed in the Reports 10 g and the user is allowed to fill the notice. After the required

information is filled, the notice data is saved into respective database tables. And the report of the notice is

generated using RDF (output formats like PDF,IMAGE,EXCEL). The entire project is developed under the

Application Server Architecture and is web enabled.

Project Environment: Oracle 10g Database, Oracle Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Oracle Internet

Application Server 10g, Toad for SQL processes.

The NJKiDS System project is a result of the State being under a mandate by the United States

Department of Health and Human Services to have an integrated and operationally certified automated

child support enforcement system.

The project involves in migrating the entire OCSE Management and Operations systems from Mainframe

to Java Technology. The Project includes several subsystems like Case Management Subsystems

Information, Financial Subsystems Information, Scheduling, Enforcement, Locate, Interface and

Interstate.
