Financial Manager 2003-present

. Responsible for all aspects of accounting function, human resource and

over all office management. Supervised 8 employees.

. Have responsibility for all daily accounting and month end accounting,

all banking, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, all payables and

receivables as well as credit and collection and also inventory. Perform

weekly payroll duties with QuickBooks in house, as well as tracking all

employee time sheets, loans and purchases.

. Have brought about a 401k plan and fully administered it.

. Created cost savings for company with change in banking to an interest

account and also getting prime conversion on all foreign checks, costing

out and comparing vendors and watching inventory costs for crib inventory

and adjusting use and vendors as needed.
