Senior Manager of Human Resources

I serve as an effective and responsive HR Business Partner for the

officers of Toyota Boshoku America (TBA). I manage and continually

improve head count and staffing initiatives, labor cost, productivity and

efficiency initiatives, all HR corporate and manufacturing site metrics,

hourly compensation and variable pay, corporate General Affairs,

Workers compensation.

Accomplishments:

1. Saved $17M in labor cost at Corporate office FY2010 to FY2011

Budget

2. Negotiated three labor contracts in Mexico – Reduced wage 7.5%

to 3.5% wage increase – created new benefit system for Ramos

Arizpe plant. This reduced turnover from 13% to 4%.

3. Reduced absenteeism at Ramos Arizpe plant from 8% unauthorized

to 2%.

4. Created and continually improve all current Corporate HR metrics

and visual management.

5. Created and implemented all manufacturing sites hourly wage

benchmarking and current structure
