I began a career in the supply chain industry in 1991 and have
experience in areas of sales and business integration, manufacturing
and distribution management, project management, logistics analyst,
and information technology. I have a passion for leading and working
with others in implementation and integration projects, continuous

On-Site systems administrator support, writing and testing
modifications, and continuous improvements to warehouse operations and
supply chain systems.
System Administrator providing IT and operational support for 200,000
sq. ft West Coast Distribution Center for Sony Playstation, Sony
Pictures, and Sony Music.
Project management which included installation of a high speed
sortation system for entertainment media such as CD's, DVD's, and VHS

Distribution center for Pizza Hut, KFC, and Taco Bell for the
Southeast. Operation consisted of two ten hour shifts, seven days a
week, temperature controlled cold storage, and a private fleet of 46
trailers.
Responsibilities included warehouse operations and reporting of key
performance indicators to the Group President of six centers.
Instituted a training program for new hires, developed spreadsheets to
track key performance measures on employees, instituted monthly
evaluations, and initiated two incentive programs which helped improve
our center from the bottom to the top third in the country.

Developed and implemented organizational and operational procedures
for 80+ employees. Operation consisted of 1800+ SKU's, a variety of
material handling equipment, and seasonal demands requiring many
temporary employees for Kit builds, reworks, and breakdowns.

Warehouse consisted of a 150,000 sq. ft. distribution center and two
shifts operation.
Responsibilities included night shift supervision and Ops Project
Leader to train and develop processes and procedures in the area of
safety, forklift training, and overall operations to all employees.
Cross-trained with Philip Morris to develop a growing partnership
between companies.

warehouse operations.
Completed a six month Management Trainee Program that included various
assignments in Customer Service, Transportation, and DC Operations.
Operations Supervisor for 16 employees in temperature controlled
warehouse - 200,000 sq. ft. Responsible for many food grade accounts
such as ADM, Borden, Brown and Williamson, Ghiradelli, M&M Mars,
Nestle, Philip Morris, and RJ Reynolds.
