Responsible for driving new client acquisition through sales & market
growth for 15 sales agencies in Austin, Beaumont, Laredo, & Killeen-Waco.
Managed the agency daily sales & retail operations in my region and
increased brand name awareness in these various Texas markets. Also,
managed 30 sales team members & helped them achieve & exceed their monthly
sales forecasts. Successful re-launched outside mobile agents in the Austin
market. Rolled out outside marketing campaign for my sales agency managers
to effectively increase client foot traffic into our agencies. Analyzed P&L

Responsible for the increasing of sales volume of non-standard automobile
insurance and financial products in over 100 sales agencies throughout the
State of Texas. Managed seven District Sales Managers throughout the State
of Texas. These District Sales Managers were located in Dallas, Houston,
El Paso, San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley Texas. Coached and mentored
them in exceeding their sales goals and objective's. Identified and helped
launch new products and services into the Texas Market throughout the
sales force with the implementation of extensive sales training and role
playing.
Responsible for recruiting of sales agents in all Texas Markets as well as
developing training programs to ensure they obtain a TX Insurance license
within a specified timeframe.
Developed marketing initiative & local grass roots promotion programs to
help drive new business into the sales agencies per Texas Market while
networking with major corporations. Also, introduced a successful sales
and lead generation program to increase the up selling of our ancillary
products at the agency level. Identified advertising opportunities for all
Texas markets and also created local grass roots marketing campaigns.
Helped develop an aggressive marketing campaign for the state of Texas to
target our client base and create traffic into our sales agencies
utilizing TV and radio campaigns. Built strong relationships with over 25
media sales professionals in the State of Texas leveraging very

V Launched a successful Hispanic advertising & local grass roots
promotions campaign for the State of Texas that created immediate

twenty five Agency Sales Managers and twenty Franchise agency owner's
throughout the various Texas markets. Developed sales training classes

up selling through creative sales initiative programs. Responsible for
