KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Researched and interpreted quantitative and qualitative information to build and present
relevant competitive intelligence information and Position-to-Win analysis.
• Developed the capture strategy and win themes for Virtual Integrated Support for
Information Operations eNvironment (VislOn) proposal. Developed outstanding customer
relations with the US Joint Forces Command (JFCOM) program manager and technical staff,
wrote white papers including Statement of Work and Evaluation Criteria, provided several
demonstrations executed through leading edge technologies such as semantic and cloud
computing. Awarded the contract with a total potential value of over $80M.
• Managed capture budgets of up to $6M and managed approximately 50 indirect reports.
• Responsible for analyzing budgets; developed an understanding of customers wants and
needs; biddable budget, award history; understanding key competitors; supporting business
development and capture managers in strategic account planning; and supporting capture brief
activities and facilitating Black Hat exercises.
• Awarded a $1M R&D contract and developed a solid concept for a software system to
streamline and integrate sorting processes for the Department of Defense’s global and theater
organic Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets. Also, won the follow-on
$2M prototyping contract.
• Developed an operational concept (OPSCON) to integrate weather with theater command
and control (C2) systems to illustrate integrated System-of-‘Systems architecture. Awarded a
$250M contract.
• Responsible for developing innovative solution concepts to expedite research and
analysis, planning, and the authorization of Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR)
proposals.

market and liaison with customers and contractors.

Operations function for the Space Warfare Center (SWC), as well as the development of one-off
