Development Manager - ACS Health Care system, State of New Mexico

- Change control management and Scope baseline and control,

Prioritization and work delegation

- Analyze & Design subsystems/ Modules of the MMIS (OmniCaid) system for

the HIPAA remediation project.

- Attend JAD sessions with users and system Architects, conducting code

walkthroughs and support System Testing.

- Analysis and Design of the PBLink & CICS interface of the OmniCaid
