t raining of each program for over 3000 personnel.

US Navy, USS Enterprise G-1 Weapons Department 12/2004-10/2007

• M anaged 62 personnel, four work centers and over $32 million in support equipment assets.

US Navy, NAS Norfolk 12/2000-10/2004

Weight Test Supervisor:

• I mplemented an up-to-date training plan, t raining 25 personnel in the proper weight test

handling

p rocedures, equipment certification and system t roubleshooting which directly impacted a

100% job

completion rate.

• Coordinated and t racked over 40,000 man-hours involving 80 surface ships as well as

scheduled cranes for

shipboard evolutions, which saved over $35,000 in contractor costs.
