Use MS Excel to analyze and interpret collection data to forecast project collection projections, evaluate the field’s
performance (on a national, regional, supervisorial, and individual level), and work on higher-level analysis projects as
needed producing reports and charts for our Director of Field Operations.
Project management of a large-scale re-mapping project of over 20,000 retail stores into CROSSMARK’s system from
the Nielsen database. This involved supervising co-workers, managing task assignments, working with various internal
departments, and being the main point of contact for Nielsen to communicate changes, inquiries, or issues to
CROSSMARK.
Communicate collection changes, client inquiries, and quality assessments to data collectors across the country and
work with market supervisors to help manage these tasks.
Work on miscellaneous projects as assigned by our management staff analyzing data involving MS Excel and
