development in pursuit of delivery of the Future Combat System (FCS) now

known as Brigade Combat Team Modernization (BCTM)for the United States

this multi-million dollar delivery of over 68 million lines of code for

this Information Technology System of Systems with applications for

collection of motion, images and video for satellite and vehicle to vehicle
