management engineering for a 7-building office campus of approximately 1.5 million square feet of

office space. 5-Parking Garages, Child Care facility and campus of 107 acres. Responsible for

maintenance, installation, and preventive maintenance on all building equipment including: VAVs,

FCUs, SCUs, CACs, RTUs, AHUs, Heat Pumps, Split Systems, Trane & York chillers (300-500 ton),

cooling towers, chill water systems, boilers, humidifiers, ice machines, fire suppression systems (wet

and dry), and other equipment as necessary. Duties also include responding to tenant calls and

providing first contact with contractors as needed. Proficient in STAEFA control system (EMS),

troubleshooting and repair of control circuits and equipment. Evaluated campus and determined

critical parts for stock to keep the campus up and running without downtime.
