office support, program administration and serving as liaison
between Vice President of H.R. and employees.
H.R. Representative: Served as the interim H.R.
Representative for eight months overseeing all employee
relations, problem solving, and exit interviews at one of
Denso's satellite locations.
Employee Training: Solely led extensive orientation group
training sessions (52 hours/month) in Statistical Control
Charts, Kaizen Circle Team Building, and Inventory Control
that contributed to the skill development of approximately
1,170 production associates.
H.R. Support: Prepared monthly reports for Department
V.P., maintained employee file confidentiality, assisted with
