certifications, local exhaust system evaluations, breathing air
evaluations, ergonomic evaluations, facility walk-through inspections,
indoor air quality investigations, industrial incident investigations, and
industrial complaint investigations
Collection and preparation of a variety of samples for analysis using NIOSH
and OSHA sampling methodology.
Detailed report preparation on findings including analysis and
interpretation of sample data, and recommendations for engineering controls
and corrective actions as necessary using OSHA and ANSI standards, ACGIH
documents, and federal, state, NASA and USAF regulations

condition) of various hazardous materials stored at facilities managed
under the Institutional Services Contract
Developed project Work Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and schedule
Provided weekly status reports to NASA lead contractor
Detailed report preparation on findings including documentation of
hazardous materials storage and issues of concern encountered during survey
Preliminary Assessment of facilities located at Cape Canaveral Air Force
Station and Patrick Air Force Base, February 2006 - September 2008

sections to obtain pertinent information regarding subject facilities
Site inspections, including personnel interviews, photographs, and written
documentation of current facility conditions
Detailed report preparation (documents ranged from 200 to 600 pages in
length) on findings including recommendations for conformation sampling of
suspected contaminants
Trained new team members
Indoor Air Quality Technician HSA Engineers & Scientists, Titusville,
Florida
November 2004 - February 2006
Conducted field investigations to assess biological contaminants of private
homes and commercial properties impacted by water intrusion events
Collected a variety of air and bulk samples in contaminated buildings for
microbial evaluation before and after remediation procedures to evaluate
efficiency of remediation efforts
Determined cause of unknown contamination sources by destructive and non-
destructive evaluation on building materials
Prepared detailed reports (approximately 3 to 9 reports per week) including
observations, analysis of contaminants, and recommendations for control and
correction of hazards following EPA guidelines for indoor air quality
Developed project planning budgets for each investigation
Worked closely with the business office to track project cost trends in a
continuous effort to improve cost estimating of future projects
Trained and supervised new team members
