• Northern Stamping – Cleveland, Ohio Plant Manager 07/96-01/02
Responsible for day-to-day operations of medium sized automotive metal stamping
plant. In charge of press, weld, assembly, tool room, maintenance, and shipping
departments. Oversee daily production meetings to meet daily shipping require-
ments. Supervised 7 foremen and 180 employees, covering three shifts.
• Soundwich, Inc. – Cleveland, Ohio Production Mgr. 12/ 95 – 07/96
Responsible for day-to-day operation of automotive metal stamping plant.
Supervisor of the manufacturing of company’s proprietary product, tri-laminant heat
shields for Chrysler and Jeep. In charge of two shifts of 55 employees, sche-
duling, ordering raw materials and supplies, developing production and quality
standards. Reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Garfield Alloys – Garfield Hts., Ohio Plant Superintendent 02/95 – 12/95
Responsible for day-to-day operation of magnesium foundry. Supervised staff of
85 employees and 3 foremen in an around-the-clock operation to meet production
requirements and delivery dates. Duties include hiring, termination, enforcing
company policies, scheduling manpower and maintenance. Reported directly to the
General Manager.
• Aquatech, Inc. – Streetsboro, Ohio Plant Superintendent 02/93 – 02/95
Responsible for day-to-day operation of entire plant including fabrication, weld-
ing, assembly, testing, painting, and warehousing for various types of sewer clean-
ing equipment and units. Worked with staff of 3 foreman and approximately 56
hourly employees to meet production and delivery dates on a timely basis and to
meet or exceed standard hours in all phases of the operation. Duties include hiring/
terminations/ layoffs, and enforcing company policies and disciplinary actions.
Reported directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of medium sized automotive stamping plant.
In charge of press, weld, assembly, tool room, maintenance and shipping depart-
ments. Oversee daily production meetings to meet daily shipping requirements.
Supervised up to 5 foremen and 65 hourly employees. Reported directly to the
President.
• Northern Stamping – Cleveland, Ohio Production Foreman 03/88 - 05/89
Responsible for all aspects of production and quality welded parts, second shift.
Produced parts on a timely basis to meet shipping requirements, scheduled job
assignments and overtime, coordinated and motivated employees, enforced company
rules and regulations, and took disciplinary action when necessary. Also evaluated,
trained, and promoted employees. Attended daily production meetings and
completed daily production reports.
• Lakewood Manufacturing Company – Westlake, Ohio Foreman 07/85 – 02/88
Union shop. Supervised up to 18 welders on 3 shifts: Mig, Tig, Stick, welding of
aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Responsible for quality of work, scheduling,
assignment of jobs, set-up, making fixtures, ordering of gases, wire and various
consumable and non-consumable welding supplies. Responsible for writing welding
procedures and certifying welders to Mid-Std 1261 and Mid-Std 45205. Hired and
trained new employees, scheduled hours and shifts, prepared rate and time studies,
developed new jobs.
• Aquatech, Inc. – Cleveland, Ohio Foreman 10/79 – 07/85
Non-union shop. Responsible for all welding in plant and supervision of up to 20
welders on 2 shifts. Responsible for quality of work, scheduling, set-up and
assignments of jobs, making fixtures and burn templates, correcting blueprints,
ordering of all gases, wire and replacement parts for welding machines, performing
preventative maintenance on welding machines and authorizing repair. Also
responsible for hiring and training of new welding employees, scheduling and
timekeeping records, write-up of procedures and inventory of all weld sub-
assemblies. Promoted from Lead Man to Welder.

Courses included electric arc welding, metal inert gas welding, oxy-fuel gas welding,
brazing and cuttings, air carbon arc gouging and cutting, tungsten inert
on Requestgas welding, non-destructive and destructive testing, blueprint reading
and welding symbols, welding nomenclature.
