HUFF REALTY- Real Estate Agent specializing in real estate transactions that focused on
the buying and selling of investment properties, lender owned properties, multi-family
and small commercial properties. I also performed hundreds of Broker Price Opinions
(BPO’s) for lenders in association to refinancing and foreclosure of properties. The
BPO’s, I performed ranged from single family dwellings to a public golf course in access
of a million dollars.
Tyler Technologies - I was part of a team that Collected and visual verified data for the
2006 Re-Appraisal year for the Clermont (Ohio) County Auditor’s office. A process
performed every six years as required by Ohio law.
O’Rourke Wrecking Company - Director Business Development for a regional demolition
contractor.
FOPPE Technical Group - Sales & Marketing Director for a Civil, Environmental,
Geotechnical and Design Build Engineering firm.
Sales Management-Consultant - I was retained by the President of a specialized
trucking and warehousing company to evaluate the company’s sales organization and
sales process. I was then retained to implement the changes identified.
EASTERN ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC - Vice President Sales for an eastern regional
company that owned and operated several landfills and a trucking company. The
company specialized in remediation and construction waste.
LAIDLAW WASTE SYSTEMS - Regional Sales Manager Eastern United States for the third
largest waste management company at the time. I reported directly to the Senior Vice
president of the Eastern United States and worked with each district office and the
sales team focusing on commercial and industrial customers.
EMERY & PUROLATOR - Regional Sales Manager in the Michigan region that include
Detroit. I was responsible supervising the change and management of the sales force
after the merger of Emery and Purolator in the air freight, over night and ground
service business.
EMERY WORLDWIDE - Control Sales Manager for the Cincinnati District that include the
management of the sales and customer service staffs of Lexington, Louisville, Knoxville,
Nashville and Chattanooga that specialized in air freight and overnight courier
business.
