OBJECTIVES: Appling my skills and knowledge in order to make work processes easier and improve personal

and team performance within a specific area, as well as offering solutions that provide a company's growth

while keeping a safe working environment.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: One of my achievements is that opened my own business, a small family restaurant. I

handled it responsibly and effectively. Being administrator and managing to generate jobs to third parties. It

was founded in 2003 and gave a good sum of gain but due to falling sales and cost of production we closed our

doors to the public. It is a great achievement in my life. We took it to stand out between others which had been

established for years.

Position: Supervisor of tutoring and Customer service

Task: In charge of five teachers and receptionist. Carrying out a positive environment and guiding tutors to

work to their maximum capacity in teamwork. Direct contact with students and parents, customer service, able

to work under pressure, elaborated statistics, planning schedules, close and open Institute, and provide training

to tutors and students, dealing with situations that arose and solving them before they became problems.

to eat, read, talk, physical necessities, and change diapers if necessary. Working with children severely handicap

with a team of five.

TASK: Working in a hostile environment with runaway children, drug addicts, and handicap children. I

worked with a team of ten other personal directly, and helped with reading, eating, speaking, field trips, to help

the children that age varied from six year olds to eighteen year olds to adapt themselves to the institute. First
