Education: Graduated from U of M - Flint with a Bachelors of Arts in
English and Anthropology with minors in Sociology and
British Literature in 2003 and a BA in Applied Science in 1997.
Completed Lansing Community College with
an Associates in 1986 and graduated from Corunna High, Corunna
MI in 1975.
Employment History:
General Motors in Lansing from 1977 to 2007 (retired).
Die Maker apprentice in early 2004 until fall the same year.

Per diem Powertrain Division Supervisor 2/2000 to 6/2001
and
Per diem Powertrain Division Gauge Engineer 4/1997 to
7/1997.
Mugg and Bop's convenience store, Morrice, MI 03 to 04, stock,
part time.
Governor's Inn, Lansing, MI 95-96, maintence, part time.
Skills and Softwares:
Microsoft Word, some Excel, GM TKS (payroll), Moore Products,
some assorted CNC mill programming. Also do some welding,
some wood working, and have some lathe, mill and surface grinder
experience.
References: Worked as a mentor in the Lansing School District from 10/2004
until 5/2006 with Principal Mary Henry, 517-***-****. The
supervisor at Mugg and Bopp's is Drew Waller, 517-***-****.
GM supervisors were numerous, the last one was Blake Davis who
was contracted through SG Services, that company's headquarters are
in Flint MI 810-***-****. Prior to Blake Davis were Brad Cocco
who is now with lansing Board of Water and Light and Rick Zubrick,
both who were contracted through Clark Construction of Lansing.
Other: Owned rental properties since 1980 and from 1987 until
about 1995 worked with Jerry Dalman Reality and others with
assorted light maintenance projects. My favorite pass time is
collecting, repairing and selling antiques, in particular clocks.
I had a small display of clocks at Our Place Antiques in Durand
for several years, unfortunately the store close June of 2010. Also have
converted back to wood heat at home and enjoy cutting wood.
