Technology Coordinator - The Institute for Learning and Teaching (TILT), Colorado State University
(July 2010-Present)
Responsibilities include working with faculty and staff at CSU to prepare instructional
materials for use in courses delivered via the University’s Web-based course management
system (Blackboard). Additional duties involve the creation of course design/development
templates using HTML and CSS, consulting and training faculty and staff on instructional
technologies, and developing animations, simulations, and other interactions aimed to
enhance the online student learning experience.
Distance Education Technology Coordinator - Agricultural Sciences / Western Center for Integrated
Resource Management, Colorado State University (October 2007-June 2010)
Duties involved researching education technologies, designing WCIRM online courses,
creating animations, simulations, and other interactions aimed to enhance the online student
learning experience. Successfully developed 11 courses for WCIRM that are currently being
offered online at CSU. Additional responsibilities included redesigning and maintaining the
WCIRM website.
Adjunct Instructor, Westwood College Online, Westminster, CO (January 2004 - Present)
As an Adjunct Faculty, I have taught a variety of graphic design, web design, and animation classes
at Westwood College Online.
Multimedia Specialist/Manager, Westwood College Online, Westminster, CO (4/15/05 – 10/5/07)
Successfully managed a team of 4 multimedia technicians. Assisted in the design, development, and
implementation of the official Westwood College Online Video Player using Flash, which is currently
used to play videos in all Westwood Online courses. In addition, I designed a variety of Flash
animations/applications that are currently being used in Westwood courses and online marketing
campaigns.
