Prepared improvement plans and accompanying engineering documents for school improvement projects.

Worked under the direction of the Project Architect to ensure the site improvements are ADA compliant, cost

effective and meets the client’s needs. Prepared OPSC cost estimates for State reimbursement. Worked

diligently with state and local agency officials to see permit processes through to successful conclusion.

Select projects include:

• South Tahoe High School, South Lake Tahoe, CA. – Improvements included site work for

two new two-story classrooms, performing arts building, gym modernization, stadium

modernization and a new student union building. Preparation of Tahoe Regional Planning

Agency package for land coverage and water quality treatment.

• South Tahoe Middle School, South Lake Tahoe, CA. – Improvements include site work for a

new two-story classroom. Preparation of Tahoe Regional Planning Agency package for land

coverage and water quality treatment.

• Beale Healthcare Clinic Modernization and site improvements, Beale Air Force Base-

prepared demolition plan to remove several out buildings to make room for temporary

buildings for displaced employees during modernization of the facility. Improvements

include new loading dock, additional parking area, a haz-mat area, a remote technologies

building and provide ADA improvements to temporary and permanent facilities and drainage

improvements.

• El Dorado Union High School, Placerville, CA. – prepared improvements for new culinary

arts building and track restroom facility.

• Ponderosa High School, Shingle Springs, CA. – new student parking lot and parent drop off

with offsite road widening.

• New Woodland Elementary School, Woodland, CA. – design of new elementary campus.
