increasing quality. Reduced medical program costs from 15% to 4% through education programs, health fairs, deductibles and
hospital discount program. Lowered workers’ compensation by $250,000 with safety program, ergonomic job analysis, light-
duty positions and training. Selected to work with Corporate in evaluating, selecting and installing corporate-wide HR system.
