mutual insurance company that operates through its Blue Cross and Blue

Shield divisions in Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, and several

Group application set. This application merges data to provide a group wide

view of a Customer's relationship with us (e.g. a single customer record

comprising of all relationships held - Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, Credit

Card etc). It aims to provide a consistent view of a Customer record and

improve data quality to consistent level of service to be applied. Accepts

updates to customer information from anywhere within the group and inform

all related business areas of the applied change.

OCIS system is a backend COBOL with a front end Java. Designed and

developed Application Program Interfaces (APIs) which allow external

applications access to and update of OCIS data via batch or online

Client: Deutsche Leasing AG is Germany's largest leasing company in

automotive, energy systems, office equipments and IT leasing. The business

consists of leasing objects based on contract agreements.

DL Host system consisting of Contract management, Customer management,

Asset management, and Finance management related to contracts. It would

support the business activities throughout the life cycle of a contract or

life of an asset.

Asset backed securities (ABS) project: DL wants to sell certain contracts

to an external bank which in turn sells them as notes/bonds and pools

investors from market. The advantage being excess spread, predictable cash

flow and lesser event risks.

This project involves various tasks like understanding the finance system,

Identifying and bundling of contracts that need to be sent to external

banks, sending data to interface for external banks, handling feedbacks

from external bank, financing such contracts and handling interface for

booking information to external SAP R3 system, updating treasury department

with the cash flows.

As a Senior Systems Analyst & Onshore-Offshore coordinator, I have managed
