. The major accountabilities of this position included but not

limited to.

. Respond to account inquiries for checking, savings, loans,

certificate of deposits, and lease accounts from customers.

. Correcting payment errors, account maintenance, taking check card

orders and ordering checks for customers.

. Acting on lost or stolen check cards.

. Transfer funds and place stop payments on checks

. Providing payoffs information for loan and lease vehicles to

customers or dealers.

. Research errors and problems and make adjustments.

. Reverse fees within established limits.

. Sending out copies of lease and loan agreements.
