remedial action taken.
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper
installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software. Image
new machines using Symantec Ghost.
Maintain printing and copying systems on campus by troubleshooting
hardware and working with print management software.
Install and perform minor repairs to hard ware, software, and peripheral
equipment, following design or installation specifications.
Modify and customize commercial programs for internal needs.
Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and re commend
improvements or upgrades.
With my previous experience and present experience I feel I am more than
capable to manage team that provides technical support, I have excellent
communication skills, able to resolve technical issues, and to prioritize work load,
and consistently AND effectively maintain all equipments, which includes server,
phones and by network infrastructure, And efficiently document for effective
communication and any other duties that relates to the Law department.,
