Enterprise (Global) System Implementation: Managed & implemented the pre

implementation including the evaluation of current workflow processes,

current system utilization, forms and reports. Partnered with users,

stakeholders, etc. on system design and build including redesigning

workflow processes, forms design, defining system interfaces, conversion

requirements, table builds, parameters and reporting requirements.

Designed/implemented/transitioned a helpdesk system. Executed unit,

training, go-live and post-live support to approximately 150 health

Full-cycle Project Management: Responsible for all aspects of the

development & implementation of a systems project, involving department or

cross-functional teams focused on delivery of the system from development

through a finished state for internal/external customers. Managed and

developed project design, scope, planning (resource, risk, and budget), to

streamline and implement electronic records to national health systems

(medium/large), that provide an array of clinical and ancillary services.
