Provided Wet Process support in the development of slivered solar cells for

Transform Solar.

1st Shift Process Engineer

12/02 -03/10

Work with Process Integration, Yield Analysis and area process engineers to

identify process and machine improvements that are pertinent to Wet Etch,

as well as other process areas.

Analyze inline RDA & Probe data from Special Work Request's (SWR).

Develop new Wet Etch processes for defect and yield improvement across

multiple tool sets.

Drove cost cutting projects to help FAB-1 lower overall operating costs.

Filter reduction project saved Micron ~$174,000/year after implementation.

Monitor area SPC charts and made critical adjustments to processes to

Requests, Quality Deviation Reports, Statistical Process Control, recipe

creation and validation, and tool maintenance.

1997

Liaison Engineer

installation of Steag AWP process equipment at Micron's FAB-1, FAB-3 and

FAB-C facilities.
