Job Title: Stock Clerk

Reports To: Supervisor, Manufacturing
SUMMARY
Performs all necessary duties associated with maintaining accurate records in the
system and issues/receipts of material in the stock room.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Issue or return material on an individual bases associated with Material
Requisitions, Receivers, NCMRs, or Kit Shortages.
•Pull/Return all material associated with Kit Lists for internal or external assembly
requirements.
•Process all necessary transactions in the computer system daily to maintain accurate
inventory records.
•Generate Kit List documentation, as needed, however notified of the requirement.
•As needed, review electronics components are listed on the company’s Approved
Manufacturers List.
•As needed, receive and accept deliveries.
•Assist in resolving discrepancies in material issues and transactions.
•Participate in Cycle Count program and Physical inventory as needed.
•Comply with company ESD requirements.
•Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of High School graduate. Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in an electronic
manufacturing environment with knowledge of the material process. Working
knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a general understanding of computers.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
General knowledge of stockroom management its procedures. Exercises good
judgment and ingenuity. Has good planning, time management, communications, and
decision making. Excellent team work skills and the ability to work effectively in a
team environment.
