• The lead on four greenbelt projects 1) Decreased Baler 4 cycle time by 20.7%. Completion of project
resulted in a $335K reoccurring hard savings and a $210K soft value. 2) Reduction of bale samples
by 50%. Completion of project resulted in a $20K reoccurring hard savings. 3) On-line process control
using the pulp expert. Potential savings of ~$70K reoccurring hard savings. 4) Eliminate ribbon
formations in the balers. Potential savings of ~$100K reoccurring hard savings.
