Production Supervisor responsible for 35 production
associates on 3rd shift and coordinating production for
robotic, spot, and hand welding operations in a high pace
Tier 1 automotive supplier atmosphere. Responsible for
weekly safety audits, 5's audits and quality LPA audits.
Responsible for any accident investigations along with
leading an 8'D team to find the root cause of safety
accidents. Responsible for maintaining daily production
runs as well as reacting to schedule change and demand,
using customer based JIT system.

of plant safety, heading up a safety team with hourly and
salary staff members to promote behavioral type safety
improvements in the plant, including risk assessments and
emergency response teams to meet all Miosha standards.
. Production improvement of 30% was achieved in our receiver
tank line by using six sigma and Delphi lean methodology.
We successfully removed 30 seconds from our cycle times.
