Outside sales. Calling on customers for machine

work, and looking for new business. Increased Sales

with three customers, and brought in five new

customers. Always looking for new customers. Making

cold calls. Calling on customers in Kentucky; West

territories. We work from a customer list. I am

also shop foreman every third weekend. If the

customers are having problems with some of there

lathes and milling machines. Supervise employees in

a machine shop making pump parts. While shop

foreman improved the on time performance from 75%

to 99%. Also was responsible for shipping over 1.4

million dollars in one month, which is still a

company record. When I was making pump parts I

made boiler feed pump shafts which are very

complex. I was named employee of the month when I

was the leadman while the shop foreman was out of

town.
