F UNCTIONAL SUMMARY
As General Manager, I have been involved in all aspects of Human Resources. I have not only been responsible for the hiring, firing, and
placement of employees, but for designing and implementing training and education for those employees. I have learned those aspects by
taking a very” hands on” approach. I have also worked closely with management and personnel to update new and existing products, work
well in a team environment or independently, under pressure, am able to think quickly and remain calm to handle emergencies,
complaints, problems, and meet deadlines. I bring to your company excellent oral, written, organizatio nal, and technical skills. I am
computer/internet proficient, MS-Office fluent, and am comfortable dealing with the varied aspects of a people oriented position. Previous
and current experience includes web maintenance, full office machines and equipment operations research, payroll, and marketing.
Merchandising experience includes major retail chains, department, drug, and convenience stores, home improvement, hardware,
electronics, plus grocery, pet, and specialty stores. Also, Certified First Responder/CPR.
S UMMARY OF QUALIFICA TIONS
Qualifications include: Retail and supply; stocking, inventory control/ordering, dealing with vendors, accounts, returns, employee
scheduling and record keeping. My duties have also include, interviewing, hiring, firing, training, and supervision of employ ees,
scheduling of jobs and personnel, and giving exemplary customer service and complaint resolution. Full store/new store sets, rem odels,
and resets using POG or verbal instructions. I am able to utilize RMU, LRT, and PDA, any/all office equipment, including IVR system,
setting and maintaining displays, POP, audits, sales, resolving ser vice issues, data collection, and returns. Good driving record, reliable
transportation with full coverage insurance, GPS, excellent map reading skills, and willingness to travel. Also, extensive customer service
and collections experience, problem solving skills, sales, record keeping, trade show presentations, and digital camera, along with 2-way
communication, multi-line phone systems, and security experience. NCIC background check clear, drug free, and bondable. Also am
experienced in and own various hand tools.
