Senior Project Controls Engineer, Bechtel, DOE Waste Treatment Plant,
Richland, WA. Transferred to BNI's Engineering Scheduling Group, job
functions included project schedule development, maintenance & Change
Control administration for the Engineering Controls & Instrumentation
group. C&I represented 3000+ schedule activities in a total project
network containing over 52,000 activities.
December, 2005 - March, 2008
Senior Project Controls Engineer, Bechtel, DOE Waste Treatment Plant,
Richland, WA. Transferred to BNI's Central Scheduling Group,
responsibilities included project schedule oversight and monitoring, change
control processing and Primavera network database administration. Primary
function was Primavera DBA for a project schedule network consisting of
50,000+ activities. Also provided schedule implementation for the project
Change Control process. Various other Central Scheduling special purpose
tasks were also frequently performed.

Senior Project Controls Engineer, Bechtel, DOE Waste Treatment Plant,
Richland, WA. Responsibilities included schedule development and oversight
of specific construction activities for a $12 billion nuclear waste
treatment facility for the DOE. Develop & maintain baseline and other
specific schedules and provide management reporting on schedule
performance.
October, 2000 - December, 2001
Project Management Specialist, Comforce, Boeing Commercial Airplanes,
Seattle, WA. Responsibilities included project management oversight of
DCAC/MRM Data Conversion activities specifically for the Data Validation
group. Oversaw schedule baseline development, maintenance and control, and
provided management reporting on earned value measurement for that primary
schedule. Also developed and maintained specialized, detailed schedules
where required.
October, 1998 - July, 2000
Project Planner, PM Solutions, State Farm Insurance Company, Bloomington,
IL. Responsible for project planning the Y2K preparation effort for several
of State Farm's System Department projects. Later assigned to the State
Farm Federal Savings Bank project, also as a project planner. Developed
and maintained schedules and metrics, monitored inter-project
relationships, and monitored labor charges associated with these programs.

Project Manager, PDS, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, Renton, WA.
Responsibilities involved project management of DCAC/MRM Data Conversion
activities specifically for the Renton Tooling organization. Mainly
responsible for providing liaison between Tooling and the Core Data
Conversion/Data Validation groups. Also performed scheduling duties for
all Manual Data Conversion.
July, 1997 - January, 1998
Project Planner/Project Manager, Rhotech/Comforce, Puget Sound Plant 2,
Seattle, WA. Duties involved planning/scheduling various computer-related
implementation projects within Boeing's ISS division. Also assisted in
project management of those projects as required.

schedule control for startup/operations under Duke Engineering & Services'

Senior Scheduling Engineer, Seda & Associates, T-Plant Facility, Richland,
WA. Duties involved schedule control over operations/maintenance activities
within Hanford's T-plant decontamination facility. Created and maintained
daily and long-term schedules and assisted in craft coordination.

Restoration Project, Richland, WA. Duties involved cost and schedule
control for various tasks under the ERC Program Management ADS. Developed

Subcontracted under Foster/Wheeler Environmental Corp., responsibilities

Responsible for scheduling various operations and cleanup-related
activities at Hanford's K-Basin facilities under a contract with the Army
Corps of Engineers. Provided ongoing scheduling support for long-term and
daily projects.

Cost/Schedule Engineer, Tenera, L.P., Richland, WA. Responsible for
scheduling and budget regulation on engineering tasks under two separate
contracts Tenera had with Westinghouse Hanford Company.

Treatment Facility, Richland, WA. Performed initial scheduling of
construction activities for an Effluent Treatment Facility. Coordinated
and scheduled subcontractors, generated and updated both master and
detailed schedules.

WA. Responsible for scheduling the engineering and construction
activities of plant modifications for WNP - Unit 2. Generated and updated
schedules, planned manpower needs and developed mini-schedules as required.

Cost/Schedule Engineer, Bechtel Corporation, TVA Browns Ferry Nuclear
Plant, Athens, AL. Duties involved performance analysis of various sub-
jobs within Bechtel's engineering effort for BFN Unit 3. Maintained
performance reports, developed staffing profiles and assisted in project
forecasts.

Milwaukee, WI. Seconded position with Wisconsin Electric Power Co., duties
included budget tracking and control on various subjobs for the South Oak
Creek Power Plant.

Cost/Schedule Engineer, Bechtel Power Corporation, TVA Watts Bar Nuclear
Plant, Oak Ridge, TN. Assisted in the closure of various tasks under a
previous TVA/Bechtel contract. Monitored costs and prepared estimates for
existing and future tasks.

Cost/Schedule Engineer, Bechtel Construction Company, Bowater Southern
Paper Company, Calhoun, TN. Responsible for the planning and scheduling
activities associated with the new pulp mill's recausticizing area and
plant woodyard facilities. Further duties were cost review of craft
timesheets, close-out of depleted accounts, and correction of hours mis-
charged.
January, 1986 - June, 1988
Planning/Scheduling Engineer, Bechtel Corporation, Limerick Generating
Station, Sanatoga, PA. Coordinated supervision and engineering activities
toward the completion of various mechanical and electrical systems in
support of system testing and turnover. Worked at tracing system critical
path events, monitoring system activities through various jobsite tools,
and developing mini-schedules as required.
