This company, Accountemps, is an employment agency outsourcing temporary and full time
assignments specializing in accounting related jobs. It is also known as Robert Half Companies. While in
their employment, I was assigned a temporary position in the company Government Services Group
located in Altamonte Springs Florida.
At this assignment/job, I completed data entry of cost and asset data to result in a final purchase
order. The data was manually coded according to asset type prior to input. The final purchase orders
were copied in triplicate and the copy(s) were then routed to the appropriate areas. I also worked with
verification of invoices, imaging, preparation of form letters, inputting of current stats of specific Excel files
and light filing. These tasks were completed by working with Windows 7, Excel spreadsheets and various
printers and copiers.

In this position, I would create narrative reports for police officers by taking their information via phone.
These reports were assigned specific identifications of persons involved, such as victim or suspect. I also
took reports from victims reporting non violent crimes at the Information Desk of the Police Department.
The reports generated were classified by type of crime and then routed to the appropriate department(s).
I also had the status of ASL, assistant supervisor lead, which would fill in for the supervisor on their days
off. This task involved reviewing reports generated on that shift for accuracy and clarity.
