Working on development and implementation of a plant-wide training program.
Began implementing Lean process improvements to include; WIP management,
5S, Standard Work, Job Breakdowns, SOP's, JHA's as well as policies and
procedures for Production, Maintenance, Human Resources and Training.
Resulting in more than 40% reduction in direct labor, record productivity
during two of the last four months, zero AQL failures on product dimensions
for 16 weeks and counting as well as zero AQL failures on cosmetic rejects

projects and roadmaps. Support deliverables such as commercial parts

responsible for Lean Enterprise development, implementation, training and
deployment. Implement, develop and monitor activities which align with

Responsible for maintaining over 900 machine tools used in the
manufacture of various aircraft engines and components as well as all
building facilities and infrastructure for a 700,000+ sq ft manufacturing
plant on 37 acres. Directly managed 50 unionized journeyman level
unionized (International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers -
IAM Local 794) technicians across all three shifts. Completed a Lean
project on utilities cost and usage reduction.

Completed implementation of Lean Manufacturing; to include development
and delivery of training. Was also responsible for the operation of a
class 10,000/100,000 ppm clean room fabrication facility for Shift 6. With
a crew of 23 direct reports, producing solar cells in a high volume
facility. Hand selected by the VP of Mfg to champion the company's Lean
Mfg initiative. Managed Lean training for the company through the NM
Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) at no cost. As the ERT Incident
Commander, led the way to improved Emergency Response Teams (ERT) by
increased drilling by 100%, training and cross-trained key ERT members on
specific roles to ensure more organized response. Provided specialized
training in the areas of chemical spill response, clean up and
decontamination procedures. Implemented an early reporting system.

personnel, managed all operations for the entire facility in a unionized
environment. Responsibilities included but were not limited to; ensuring
production operations are performed in accordance with company policy and
procedures. Also responsible for Quality Assurance, Warehouse and
Maintenance personnel to include the Maintenance Supervisor. Verified all
daily Sanitation tasks met expectations. Worked closely with U.S.
Department of Agriculture (USDA) Inspectors to learn and ensure compliance
with all applicable laws, regulations and compliance standards. Ensure
appropriate staffing levels and employee assignments.

speed, unionized environment. All the daily sanitation and maintenance is
performed on third shift, along with production. Met with U.S. Department
of Agriculture (USDA) Inspector to perform a nightly walk-through of all
production areas to ensure we exceeded all government standards. Ensured
production needs were met through staffing, safety, training, reliability
and juggling the needs of the company while maintaining open communication
with the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW Local 38).
Provided guidance and support to employees with assignments and
performance. Responsible for the accurate tracking and reporting of all
hourly work hours and schedules via KRONOS and PeopleSoft. Conducted
safety training for on-shift employees.
Operational Cereal Manufacturing Technician 4 (CMT)

Provided technical and systematic troubleshooting support. Produced
technical training to all operators at different skill levels and skill
sets. Identified cost saving initiatives. Played a key role in the
support of new product development testing and start-ups. In my last
support role I was responsible for verification, maintenance and accurate
reporting of system performance and gap analysis data for the facility.
Managed duties of 100+ plant employees involved with Sensory, System
Performance & Gap Analysis. Previously fulfilled the role of Operations
