• Baker Risk Blast Wall Design – Engaged vendor, project management and safety to work through details of

design. Results: Blast Wall design ready for implementation by Customer’s deadline.

• Detroit Boiler Registration – Organized Project Management, City of Detroit, Machinery and Operations to

obtain information to register boilers with City of Detroit. Results: Boilers approved for registration on first

pass. Manual compiled with information and proper forms completed before deadline of registrations.

• Coordinate with third party Engineer firms regarding purchases, invoices, communications, drawings and

Material Storage.

• Train existing and new team members in new software (MS SharePoint) plus work processes. The team was able

to collaborate, share information and update documentation in real time.

• Designed, tested, and implemented Customer Order Flow/ICB Process with Executive Staff and employees.

Results: Organized and provided accurate orders for customers and NetCarrier.

• Customer Service, Order Entry, worked with Accounting on Collections and Invoicing; worked with Sales on

proposal investigation. Maintained and updated project reports. Support Network Engineers, Sales Engineer and

Operations.

• Reviewed information in new orders and new project proposals. Results: Less implementation time, little or no

upfront investment for the company while meeting customer expectations.
