• Spot-checking, to verify physical stock in the store and outlets against system stock

• Verifying suppliers’ invoices to ensure the prices and quantities are as per the

Purchase Order

• Preparing Menu costing for every new menu item and reviewing the costs regularly

• Conducting Yield testing and Portion control in the kitchen every month

• Collecting the information on prices from other hotels and compare with our prices

• Conducting spot-checks at outlets to ensure compliance with cash bill handling

• Monitoring store stock level closely to ensure Minimum stock is maintained
