Responsibilities:

Global Help/Service desk: Established the first decentralized Global

service desk delivering tier 1 and 2 level support for clinicians and

internal and external support staff, CHW partners, and contract agencies.

Contractor management: Direct oversight in the utilization of placement

agencies in the use of contract support used on the help desk for tier 1

and 2 support.

Project Management: Key stake holder and project manager in a multi-million

dollar project to departmentalize help desk activities to a globally

projects in support of primary care activities to ensure 100% work flow

process was covered as it entered the help/service desk, service

management, security, and networking activities.

Critical part of the decommissioning of on shore help desk and in

development of GAP analysis used to migrate support of help desk services

to an off shore leveraged service desk, including staffing needs, critical

documentation and update repository, project engagement, internal training

of supported applications, network setup, communications setup,

Migrated 100% of CHW's local help desk operations to new global centralized

service desk operations facilities located in India leveraging multiple

redundant sites and reducing CHW's contract cost for labor by more than

staff members, hardware/software inventory turn in, shadow training,

development of a document repository for application support, and budgetary

Development and implementation of HIPAA EDI Map sets 270, 271, 276, 277,
