structures, review and assist in the writing of Statements of Work,

but were not limited to: approval of submittals, schedules,

subcontracting and quality control plans. Part of the administrative

process was recording the financial transactions and reconciling costs

(accomplished using the double-entry system). For Simplified Acquisition

Procurements and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts I

recorded the expenses using sophisticated excel spreadsheets (single entry

system). I recorded, maintained, and reconciled all actions to establish
