percentages to low single digits and introduced production efficiencies by

involved with sheet extrusion, thermoforming and compounding of APET, CPET,
PETE and/or polyolefin resin systems with and without our additives.
Provided on-site training sessions to customers staff in areas of
extrusion, thermoforming and compounding utilizing Rohm and Haas additives.
Coordinated all aspects of trial activities with the marketing and sales
groups while interacting with R&D chemists, manufacturing and quality
assurance.
Helped identify and asses product fit for new applications.
Managed technical service functions in the laboratory including assignment
of 2 technical staff to the appropriate customer and research related
projects.
Managed the Environmental, Health and Safety requirements for project
related vendor and customer trials.
In 1990 received the "Otto Haas" award for Technical Excellence for work on
a modifier that imparted better thermoformability to polypropylene.
2000, patent applied for, "Impact Modifier Concentrates for Amorphous
Aromatic Polyesters" through Rohm and Haas Company.

Provided the pilot plant process development for new processes and
equipment prior to giving on-site installation and start up assistance for
a new epoxy molding compound facility in Singapore. Set up the training

Coordinated the transfer of the pilot plant from Tustin, Ca to Bristol, PA
as a part of the sale to Rohm and Haas Company, Plaskon Division.
