disseminating that information to all affected Asia offices for
further action.

that occurred during the transition from Maryland Management

Services, AI Portal, GoArmyEd Portal and Navy's Secure File Transfer
program to support the Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Military
Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA) and Third Party Agencies.
Significant accomplishments include:
. Successfully trained three Registrars on grades procedures and
policies.
. Assisted with changing the policy on posting "ghost grades" which
resulted in UMUC-Asia free from possible legal action.
. Maintained outstanding rapports with Education Center Technicians,
ESO's, UMUC personnel (staff and faculty - local and abroad), and UMUC
students.
