PROFILE Seeking a gas plant management or supervisory
position in the oil and gas industry. Project management,
construction management in oil refinery, gas processing,
compressor plants or well production.Proven successful
working experience in management of plant operations,
construction and maintenance. Engineering, Project
management and construction of oil refining, gas plant and
gas compressor stations as well as, pipeline construction
and maintenance. Well production with conventional and GVH
coal bed methane production. Off-shore electrical and
mechanical equipment, construction and maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS Gas Plant/Well Management
Experience as Plant Superintendent of multiple assets. Managing
payroll, procurement, construction, engineering, project management, HR,
AFE writing and operations. Engineer and project management of multiple
projects including, compressor stations, gas filtration, multiple well
electrification, amine plants, pipeline infrastructure and redesign of NRU
processes and controls. Experience with GVH well production and
conventional well production. Knowledge in well treatment, optimization,
maintenance, and production.
Construction Project Superintendent
Experience as project supervisor of gas
processing/compressor plant construction with duties to plan, coordinate,
support and manage various field construction projects. Coordinate and
provide administrative support to include scheduling, resource allocation,
safety training. Maintain project cost, scheduling and profitability,
ensuring client satisfaction.
Oil Refinery Operations
Shift Supervisor/Operator with duties
including operation and maintenance of oil heaters, centrifugal and P-D and
gear pumps.
Trouble-shooting (maintenance &
operations) on level controls and flow controls (Fisher, Foxborough, &
Barton) and the computer control system of the plant.
Gas Plant Operations
Shift Supervisor/Operator with duties
including operation and maintenance of cryogenic unit, amine units, glycol
units, boilers, compressor, centrifugal and P-D pumps, pneumatic and
electrical controls and the computer control system of the plant as well as
providing supervision and training of other operators. Worked with
engineering during construction of plants. I have worked in H2S facilities
or in sour gas fields most of my career. I have carried an H2S card until
about the end of 2003. I have had several thousand employee man hours
without a LTI and only one incidence as a supervisor.
Off-Shore Drilling Operations
'A' Electrician with duties including
repair and maintenance of power distribution panels, transformers,
generators, SCR bridges, motors, telephone and P-A system. H2S certified
and responsible for calibrating H2S sensors, monitors and alarms.
Pipeline Construction
Purchasing agent/ Hydrostatic tester/ Superintendent with
duties including purchasing supplies & equipment for jobs,
testing pipelines, public relations and supervising jobs.
Negotiating contracts and bid packages.

managing 100mmscfd gas plant with expander, and frac- train also NGL truck
loading and gathering system with field compression. Hiring personal to
staff the plant and field. Train plant operators, field supervisor and
field operators in a PSM facility.

Responsible for management of two assets. This included an
asset merger which involved major operational changes, also
multiple well electrification and chemical evaluation.
Engineering and construction of a compressor station, amine
plant and pipeline maintenance. Responsible for project
management, procurement, engineering, construction,
operations and HR.

Responsible for day to day operations of natural gas
compressor stations. Duties include operations & trouble-
shooting of 3600 series Cat engines, aerial compressors,
Generator sets, Operate &
trouble-shoot level, flow & compressor controls. Also Delta-V DCS control
system SCADA. Schedule various maintenance and trucking duties for third
party contractors. Perform monthly safety checks throughout plant, lock-out
tag-out audits, contractor evaluations & record keeping.
Operations
BCCK Operations, Inc.
Mar. 2003 to Mar. 2004
This was 14 mmscf sour gas/H2S and nitrogen rejection
plant. I was successful in implementing start-up
procedures, and training of new operators. I also reviewed
P&ID's and visual inspection and report for correction to
the engineering department. Other duties including
operations, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of 275 gpm
amine system, steam boiler system, glycol unit, 4160, 480
and 120 volt distribution, propane refrigeration pneumatic
and electronic control system.
Purchasing Agent

Negotiate contracts on rental equipment, oil & fuel, etc. Perform
hydrostatic testing on pipeline installations. Prepare bids, plan jobs and
supervise pipeline installation and maintenance. Repair of sour gas lines
and some sour gas tank entry.
Electrician
Rowan Companies, Inc. Feb. 1997 to 2001
Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance in off-shore drilling
industry as well as assembly of GE and Baylor SCR bridges and GE
distribution panels. Maintained HVAC units, Refrigeration units and
electrical systems. I implemented a preventive maintenance program
resulting in a 30% reduction mechanical failure.
